Next, RANDOMLY pick a defense from the following;

Next, pick WRs from the following.

This might be a good week to play a TE in the FLEX spot so you can fit higher probability players in the QB, RB and WR spots. But there are some good inexpensive WR plays such as Wicks, Shepard and Boutte.
