DFS Dashboard provides actual probability information so users can make pragmatic decisions for DFS lineups and sports betting.
The most important thing to remember about Showdown slates is that 80% of your lineups are going to be garbage. You have to own the exact “correct” player at the exact “correct” ownership level or you are going to lose. Sometimes that correct player is predictable, and sometimes that correct player feels completely random.
Tonight’s game between Detroit and Dallas has a 75% chance to be a high scoring game and a 25% chance to be an average scoring game. There is a very low probability chance that this game becomes a defensive battle.
There are quite a few options for players that could be the highest scoring player of the game, so we have four players with relatively similar CPT ownership, Jahmyr Gibbs (20%), Dak Prescott (15%), CeeDee Lamb (15%) and Jameson Williams (20%). You will have to select the correct player at CPT, as I would expect one of these four players to score substantially more points than the other three. You could play multiple lineups, with each player as CPT, but I feel it is better to select one CPT and play more options at the flex position.
Here are 25 lineups with Jahmyr Gibbs as CPT. If you want to play a different CPT, swap out that at the CPT position and make any necessary adjustments at the flex position.
